What materials are used in Old Vampire apparel?

Our garments are crafted from high-quality materials, primarily 100% cotton, ensuring comfort and durability.

How much is shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1,000. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee applies.

How long will it take to get my package?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on location:
Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
Non-Metro Areas: 5-7 business days

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available for select products and locations. However, please note that COD is not available for digital products such as gift cards.

Payment Information

Can I pay using UPI or Wallets like Paytm or Google Pay?

Yes, we accept a wide range of payment options including UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm Wallets, and major cards. Our checkout is quick, secure, and seamless.

Is EMI available for high-value purchases?

Currently, EMI is not available. However, we are working on enabling this feature soon to make premium shopping even more accessible.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, don’t worry. You can try again or use a different payment method. If you’re charged but the order isn’t confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded to your source account within 5-7 working days.

Do you charge any additional payment processing fees?

No, we do not charge any extra payment gateway or processing fees. What you see is what you pay — all inclusive.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before they are processed for shipping—whichever is earlier. Please reach out to our support team immediately for assistance at wecare@oldvampire.com

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and have all tags intact to qualify.

Is there any charge for reverse pickup?

No, reverse pickup is completely free. We provide two pickup attempts per order. The product must pass our quality check for return or exchange approval.

What if my area is not serviceable for reverse pickup?

Share the courier receipt with us. We will refund up to ₹100 for self-shipping once the product passes inspection.

When will I receive my refund?

Prepaid orders: Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours after quality check. It may take 7-10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.

COD orders: You can choose refund via gift card, bank transfer, or coupon code.

Can I exchange a product for another size or style?

Yes, size exchanges are allowed once per product and based on stock availability. The product must be unused and returned with original tags and packaging.

What products are not eligible for return or exchange?

Products from clearance sales, BOGO offers, special discounts, or collaborations.

Boxers (for hygiene reasons).

Items without an in case of damage claims.

What should I do if I receive a damaged, used, or incorrect product?

Please email us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video. We’ll ship you a replacement at no extra cost after verification.

What if the parcel is torn, empty, or unrelated?

Do not accept the parcel. If delivered, raise a request with photos/video within 24 hours.

How long does it take to complete a return or exchange?

Once we receive the product and it passes our QC, refunds or exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days.
