Return, Exchange, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refund and Exchange
We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy for 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, product(s) must be in their original condition with all tags intact.
For a smooth return and instant exchange process, please note that all product(s) must pass our quality inspection during the reverse pickup.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability and can be initiated only once per product.
- We strongly recommend recording a video while opening/unpacking your order, ensuring all stickers/labels are intact. This video will serve as proof in case of missing or damaged product(s) or parcel(s). Without video proof, it will be difficult for us to proceed with returns or refunds.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Product(s) purchased during clearance sales, BOGO offers, exclusive discounts, brand collaboration promotions, or any event/campaign with free product(s) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. The T&Cs will be mentioned when you apply the coupon code.
- For hygiene reasons, Boxers cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Reverse Pickup Services
We provide a reverse pickup service for your convenience. The product(s) must pass a quality inspection for an instant return or exchange process. Reverse shipment is free of cost. Each order will have two reverse pickup attempts.
Self-Ship in Case of Non-Serviceable Areas
If your Pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, please self-ship the product(s) to our warehouse:

Share the courier docket for tracking with our team. Ensure the product(s) are securely packed with the ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the packaging.
Refund for Self-Shipping
Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the product(s) at our warehouse in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact, and after passing a quality check.
You will receive a full refund plus up to INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges). The courier amount will be refunded to your provided bank account for Prepaid or COD orders.
Note: We recommend using 'Speed Post' for returns, as it is a reliable, government-owned entity with India's largest postal network.
Refunds
Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders, you can choose between receiving a refund via:
- Original payment method
- Gift card
Once the product(s) pass our quality check, we will initiate the refund within 24-48 hours.
- Refunds to your payment method will be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
- If you opt for gift cards, they will be credited instantly once the product clears the quality check.
COD Orders
If the product(s) pass the quality check at our warehouse, the refund will be issued instantly in your preferred payment method, which includes:
- Gift Card
- Coupon Code
- Bank Transfer
Cancellations/Modifications
Orders can be cancelled or modified (change number, address, product style, or size) if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Contact us at wecare@oldvampire.com to request changes.
Defective/Damaged Product(s) or Parcel
If you receive a damaged, defective, used, tags missing, or wrong product(s), please contact our support team within 24 hours with photos or an unboxing video. We will arrange for a new product to be sent to you at no additional charge.
- If you receive a torn/damaged/empty parcel, do not accept it.
- If you receive unrelated product(s) or an empty parcel, raise a query within 24 hours of delivery.
- We strongly recommend recording a video while you open/unpack your order, ensuring all stickers/labels remain intact.
Gift Card Policy
Issuance of Gift Cards
- Gift cards can be issued as a refund option or purchased directly from our website oldvampire.com.
- Gift cards are digital and will be sent via email to the registered email ID.
- Once issued, the gift card value is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Using Gift Cards
- Gift cards can be redeemed only on oldvampire.com.
- A gift card must be used in a single transaction and cannot be split across multiple orders.
- If the order value exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using other available payment methods.
Refunds & Expiry
- Refunds for returns will be processed as a gift card only if the customer opts for this method.
- Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
- Any unused balance after the expiration date will not be refunded or extended.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
- Please keep your gift card details secure. Lost, stolen, or misused gift cards will not be reissued.
- If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us immediately at wecare@oldvampire.com.
Terms & Conditions
- Ensure the provided bank account details are accurate, as errors will not be the responsibility of Old Vampire.
- Customers must take utmost care of the product(s) while they are in their possession.
- Please check the size guide before placing an order.
- The colour of products may vary depending on the customer's screen resolution.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a cash handling charge of INR 100 will be applied per order. This charge covers additional processing and handling costs. There are no additional charges for prepaid orders.
- If payment is made through third-party platforms and you have not received updates regarding payment or cashback, please contact the respective payment platform. Old Vampire is not responsible for such scenarios.
- For prepaid orders, if you receive a delivery confirmation via SMS or email but have not received the products, please contact us within 24 hours.
- The refund coupon code is valid for 12 months and must be used in a single and full transaction. Partial redemptions are not allowed.
Shipping Policy
- We only sell via our website oldvampire.com.
- We offer free shipping on all orders sitewide.
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours and shipped from Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
- We ship PAN India, ensuring accessibility to our products for all.
Order Delivery Time
- In metropolitan areas, orders are delivered within 1-4 days after processing.
- In the rest of India, delivery takes 4-7 days after processing.
